How does the once off fee pricing structure work ?
Firstly, there are NO Upfront Fees or Commission related fees involved.
Next, the once-off fee is calculated based on these 3 factors:
Your company vacancy and Job Specification that you have and need to be met by the candidate
Your company salary structure or commission structure for the candidate that you are recruiting for
Any additional requirements that you as the customer deem to be important
Our system will then generate a once-off fee for you and it various between R10 500.00 up to R15 500.00 max.
